Housing Southern Californians
Southern California Association of Governments
This website provides policy makers, planners and public officials with up-to-date information on housing demand and supply issues facing the region. The data helps quantify the need for housing, while case studies, program strategies and design approaches are intended to assist in local planning and policy development.
Final Regional Housing Needs Assessment allocations and new Census 2000 (new multi-family housing slide show) population and housing data are provided. Electronic training modules, resource links and housing 'pop quizzes' are also made available to promote an informed discussion of planning issues challenging communities across the region.
