Helping Rural Communities Define Their Future
American Planning Association
The American Planning Association has published a new guide, "Lights, Camera, Coummunity Video" in cooperation with the Orton Family Foundation. The report is designed as a tool to increase participation in the community planning process, and is based on the Orton Foundation's work in five communities in Vermont and Colorado. The book also includes a DVD featuring past community videos from Swanton, VT, and Fruita, CO.
