WebsiteThe City of Piedmont, CA, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to assist City staff and engage the community to:
- Prepare objective design standards for 1-to-4-unit residential development.
- Revise and update objective design standards for accessory dwelling units and multi-family and mixed-use development.
- Develop and implement a community outreach plan to effectively reach, educate, and engage the community throughout the project.
A timeline for responses to the RFP is as follows:
- Pre-Proposal Conference Call and Question Submittal: June 12, 2024, 10 a.m.
- Posting of Answers from Pre-Proposal Conference: June 14, 2024, 10 a.m.
- Proposals Due: July 1, 2024, 4 p.m.
- Interviews with Top-Rated Firms: July 17, 2024, time TBD
- Tentative Contract Award Date: August 19, 2024
- Tentative Contract Execution/Kick-Off Meeting: August 28, 2024
