A cell tower designed to look like a pine tree doesn't look enough like a pine tree, says the town in which it stands. AT&T now is suing the town, claiming they are unfairly holding up their plan to use the tower. Editor's note: The article includes a funny image of the "monopine" cell tower that was supposed to look like a realistic pine tree.
