Each year, the Rose Center works with the mayors of 4 large U.S. cities to help them address the fundamental land use challenges in their cities. Please join this year's Rose Fellow mayors, including:
- Jackie Biskupski, Mayor of Salt Lake City
- Andrew Ginther, Mayor of Columbus, Ohio
- Jonathan Rothschild, Mayor of Tucson, Arizona
- Levar Stoney, Mayor of Richmond, Virginia
The discussion will be moderated by Olga Stella, Executive Director of Design Core Detroit (and former Rose Fellow). The mayors will discuss issues including neighborhood economic development and workforce development strategies, affordable housing production and preservation tools, public participation processes and stakeholder engagement, and how to integrate the history of the local built environment, economic development and social relationships play into neighborhood revitalization efforts.
