Request for Proposals – The North Camden Linden Street Gateway Development Project

The Camden Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting sealed proposals for the North Camden Linden Street Gateway Development Project, which involves the redevelopment of publicly-owned vacant parcels at Tax Block 90 and Block 105 into a high-quality mixed-use/residential development. The RFP is currently available and may be accessed on the CRA website at http://camdenRedevelopment.org under the “Notices/RFP/Bid Requests” section. Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. (EST) on Monday, June 16, 2025, and must be directed to Olivette Simpson, Executive Director, at Camden City Hall, 520 Market Street, Suite 1300, Camden, NJ 08101. All questions must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025, via fax or email to [email protected]  and cc’d to Deirdra Williams at [email protected].
