Call for Speakers – Mpact Transit + Community Conference 2024 – Open now till March 29

The Mpact Transit + Community conference (formerly Rail~Volution) focuses on the interplay of transit, connected mobility options, supportive land use and development in creating great places to live – for everyone. We want to hear what’s working in your community, so that others can be inspired.

The 2024 Call for Speakers is looking for proposals that speak to the challenges facing transit-oriented communities:  

1. How are you solving funding gaps?
2. How are you solving for quality-of-life issues?
3. How are you solving for access and mobility?
4. How are you building a knowledge and action base?
5. How are you building complete communities?
6. Do you have a burning issue or critique for the 2024 Mpact PK Slam?

The Mpact Transit + Community conference is known for bringing cross-sector stakeholders together to share real-world experience and innovative approaches and tools.

We are super-excited to bring the Mpact Transit + Community conference to Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley, October 20-23, 2024. The region boasts an array of transit options, great bicycling and walking, diverse neighborhoods and a rich tapestry of transit-oriented development, in the city and communities around the region. Huge thanks to SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) for chairing the Local Host Committee.
