LA County Planning Assistant Exam

I’m scheduled to take the LA County exam for a Planning Assistant position. I have an MA in Planning from Europe, so I’d like to prepare as much as possible. I’ve been reading Levy’s Contemporary Urban Planning and Fulton’s Guide to California Planning and have checked out LA County’s prep website, which is mostly related to clerical work. Does anyone know anything about the exam? Are there any other texts you can recommend? Thanks!
