Send your question to info@planetizen.com, and we'll typically respond within four hours on business days.

What if I have a deadline for my request for proposal?

If your announcement has a deadline, be sure to include the deadline in your announcement description.

How long will my announcement run on the site? Will the release stay on the entire time?

Your announcement remains in our website database and is never removed. The front page lists the latest announcements. Depending on the number of announcements submitted, your announcement may remain on the first page for up to a week. Older announcements are available online in the Announce section in chronological order.

Do I need to contact you to cancel if the info is out of date?

Just submit another announcement that provides the latest information.
